I was born in 1976, and thus, I didn't get a chance to see this gem on opening day. However, my mother was in the audlince when she was pregnant with me, so you could say I was there, doing the "Time Warp" with the rest of the crowd.

This is always a fun movie to slip in to the DVD player around Halloween. Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick are devilishly fun as Brad and Janet. The music is wonderful. Meatloaf fans will love his performance as Eddie!

You ask why such a movie would be given five fros on the Fro Meter? It would be because of Frank N Furter (Tim Curry) himself. Tim's really styling with that monstrous head of hair. Party on Frank N Furter!

Other elements that influenced the Fro Meter were the many wonderful costumes in the Movie. Every costume in the movie is so over the top!

There are few movies that I love to watch year after year. This movie is definitely one of them. If you haven't seen it, go out and rent it today. If you haven't heard of it, where have you been hiding the last quarter century.

And if you're like me, you should buy the soundtrack, and sing along with it in your car. Let everyone know you love this movie!

Keep in mind that there are still many movie houses that play "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" every once in a while. You should definitely consider checking this out, as it usually is a rockin' good time.
